All orders are sent by Royal Mail, price is calculated at checkout depending on weight. Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Returns

In the unlikely event there is something wrong with your order please let us know as soon as possible by emailing witchalternative@hotmail.com and including a photo for a full refund.

If you have simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving goods to let us know and return goods. If you cancel before we have dispatched, you will receive a full refund. If goods have been dispatched, it is your responsibility to send them back at your own cost. A full refund will only be provided if we can resell items.

All refunds will be provided using the payment method you used, and it is recommended you obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
